Improve your rendering skills in this 5-week course.
Have you ever felt like your rendering skills lack style or direction? Are there certain objects, textures, or lighting situations that leave you feeling stumped when it's time to render your drawing?

This is a problem every artist will struggle with from time to time. Fortunately, we do not need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to rendering. We can take a page out of the book of our favorite artists by reverse-engineering their techniques and adding their tricks and techniques to our own skillsets. Studying from the masters can teach us numerous new approaches to common problems and assist us in breaking out of our old habits by challenging us to attempt things in our art that we may have never considered trying on our own.

In this 5-week class, Brian will take you through the process of master study drawing. He will show you how to begin your drawing with a solid lay-in and then he will pick key parts of each piece to be studied and show you how to analyze and re-create the techniques you see in your own study.

The benefits of this class are two-fold: You will learn many rendering techniques by watching Brian break down master artworks. You will also learn how to reverse-engineer master works so that you can continue the practice of master studies independently in your own practice.

Master studies are an exercise that every artist can benefit from, so join Brian Knox for this essential new drawing course.
